Job Description

Wipro + Rizing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven SAP Practice Sales Manager / Senior Manager to join our growing SAP Sales team and drive business expansion across Australia and New Zealand. SAP is one of the fastest-growing portfolios within our organization, and this role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our strategic growth and establish Wipro as a market leader in the region.

In this high-impact role, you will lead SAP sales initiatives across assigned sectors, develop a robust pipeline, and drive major deals to successful closure. Collaborating closely with local and global teams, you will align sales, delivery, portfolio, and partner resources to craft compelling SAP solutions that support our clients’ digital transformation journeys.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across key SAP offerings including RISE with SAP, Digital Supply Chain (DSC), SuccessFactors, Signavio, and Business Technology Platform (BTP), while strengthening strategic relationships with both new and existing clients. This role is ideal for a high-performing, customer-centric sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SAP sales strategy tailored to the ANZ market.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to drive growth within existing accounts and identify new logo opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the region.
  • Drive net-new business across SAP offerings: RISE, DSC, SuccessFactors, Signavio, and BTP.
  • Prioritize SAP opportunities and ensure optimal resource alignment for deal success.
  • Lead SAP sales performance management in collaboration with Sales Operations teams.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture that celebrates success and encourages innovation.
  • Promote an inclusive and engaging work environment where all employees are valued and treated equitably.
  • Ensure disciplined sales execution and reporting, aligned with global methodologies.
  • Build a forward-looking pipeline aligned with client digital transformation strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in SAP sales, with experience managing multiple large-scale, complex opportunities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with CxO-level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market and customer landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications in sales or pre-sales preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and inspire confidence.
  • Experience working in and contributing to high-performance sales teams.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
