Job Description:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Data Analys
  • Elicit, analyze, interpret business and data requirements to develop system specifications. Work with multiple teams across ETL, QA, Data Stewards to come up with interface documents that support development of applications and processes
  • Knowledge of ETL/Data Analytics applications/platforms is a plu
  • Analysis of the source system data vs target state system and the development of the plan, design, and create/implement for data migration and data mapping
  • Documentation and classification of data for migration, decommission, or archive
  • Interface with the project team and vendors hosted applications for all data related matters including retention, data cleansing or translation, encryption,  replication
  • Review vendor test plans for data migration and validation testing including mock runs
  • Data migration to cover data profiling, data cleansing, data validation, and the ongoing data quality assurance process in the target syste
  • Work with Business stakeholders to perform data mapping of critical Wealth Management data elements between source and target systems
  • Understand the Wealth management data model including accounts, transactions, positions, tax lots, etc.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
