  • Solutioning of business requests by collaborating with stakeholders and participating in workshops and business meetings.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements, including preparation of detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Define system integrations, dependent applications, and associated requirements.
  • Estimate effort for enhancements and projects; review Manhattan technical specifications for alignment with business requirements.
  • Prepare detailed Unit Test and Regression Test Plans. 
  • Develop and maintain configuration scripts to meet business requirements and enable required system functionalities. Design or Modify MarkMagic ZPL Label files.
  • Execute Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, and support release management activities for WMS implementations.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Perform Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis, and define permanent corrective solutions.
  • Provide Advanced Level Support, resolve critical incidents, participate in bridge calls, and implement viable workarounds to minimize business impact.
  • Identify and configure alerts, automate solutions, and extract data for analysis and business reporting needs.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have 6+ years for of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMoS (ver. 2017/2019).
  • At least 1–2 full-cycle Manhattan WMoS implementation projects.
  • PL/SQL & Data Base Tables experience. 

This is a clearly defined techno‑functional role requiring "hands‑on" experience in Manhattan WMoS, specifically:

    • WMoS upgrades
    • WMoS implementations
    • WMoS capability building
    • WMoS configuration

 

Candidates must have direct, hands‑on experience with Manhattan WMoS. Experience with Manhattan Active is a plus but is not a mandatory requirement. Profiles without hands‑on WMoS experience should not be considered.

Note: Make sure profile Resumes showcases "Hands-On" Manhattan WMoS implementation, configuration and PL/SQL exp. written in their job duties!

 

Mandatory Skills: Supply Chain Transformation .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
