Job Description

  • Operational Hours: shall be on-site from 08:00 until sundown, or until the third-party contractor has demobilized for the day.
  • On-Site Presence: Maintain a physical presence at designated construction sites; introduce personnel to Store Management as "Contractors supporting Project".
  • Active Observation: Perform circuits every 30 minutes to track real-time vendor progress.
  • Milestone Verification: Confirm 100% completion of tasks in the Site Pre-Launch Checklist.
  • The "Two-Photo" Rule: For every milestone, provide a Wide Angle (contextual view) and a Detail photo (technical quality).
  • This will require a phone with clear photo capabilities and the ability to email to a Client employee at the end of each day.
  • Discrepancy Management: Categorize and log issues as Type 1 (Cosmetic), Type 2 (Incomplete), or Type 3 (Critical).
  • The Contractor shall provide coverage for all sites within a 20 to 50-mile radius of the designated Metro hub. This radius encompasses the primary city and all surrounding municipalities.
  • Regional Examples: Personnel assigned to the Atlanta Metro are expected to cover the city center as well as surrounding towns including, but not limited to, Woodstock, Loganville, and Conyers.
  • Mobilization: Travel within this 50-mile radius is considered a standard operational requirement. 
  • A site installation monitoring shift is considered complete only when the following are submitted:
    • Daily Wrap-up Emails: Sent to the Site Launch Manager (SLM) before leaving the site, summarizing milestones met, pending items, and vendor activity.
    • Google Drive Synchronization: All milestone photos must be uploaded to the designated Project Google Drive folder.
    • Flight Line: Final validation is reached once the contractors complete the flight line verification.
  • Equipment & Safety: Personnel must wear high-visibility safety vests and hard hats at all times. The Contractor provides all necessary safety gear and mobile devices for photo documentation.
  • Conflict Resolution: Contractor have the authority to request immediate fixes for Type 1 and 2 issues. Type 3 issues or vendor refusal must be escalated to the Client SLM immediately.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $35,500 to $76,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
