Job Description
Salesforce FSL Technical Lead with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Salesforce Architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable Field Service solutions, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as SAP, and leading technical teams.
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of Salesforce experience with 3+ Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Platform Events
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC,SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Custom Metadata Types.
- Expertise in FSL (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher Console, Mobile App)
- Experience with SAP Integrations, REST/SOAP APIs,JSON/XML Processing, Named Credentials, Middleware and SAP integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
- Ability to perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor developers
Architecture & Design
Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, Security Model, Sharing & Visibility, Large Data Volume (LDV),Performance Optimization, Integration Patterns& Enterprise Application Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead FSL technical design and development
· Drive solution architecture and integration design
· Review code, Apex, LWC, Integration, Flow designs and enforce development best practices.
· Resolve complex production issues
· Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership
· Develop scalable and high-performing solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.
· Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications:
· Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
