Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years in enterprise applications; 6+ years owning a functional domain end‑to‑end.

  • 5+ years managing delivery teams (15–50 people).

  • Proven experience leading managed‑service engagements with SLAs/KPIs and governance.

  • Hands‑on integration experience (APIs, iPaaS, event‑driven and batch).

  • Strong background improving operational metrics and process standards.

  • Deep experience across finance applications: GL, close/consolidation, AP/AR/FA, intercompany, treasury, tax.

  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials in global, multi‑entity environments.

  • Experience with Fusion Tax and third‑party tax engines (Vertex, Avalara, ONESOURCE).

  • Demonstrated delivery under SOX controls and support of financial close cycles, including automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting or managed‑services background with commercial awareness.

  • Experience leading blended onshore/offshore teams across US/APAC.

  • Large‑scale ERP transformations or cloud migrations (e.g., Oracle EBS → Fusion).
