Job Title: Workday Integration Engineer

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid)

 

 Overview:

Join our team as an Integration Engineer specializing in Workday payroll/HCM integrations. You'll drive the design, development, and implementation of seamless connections between systems, with a key focus on enhancing Workday's HCM and payroll functionalities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand integration needs and craft effective solutions aligned with business goals.

• Tailor Workday Studio for customized integrations, specifically targeting HCM and payroll modules.

• Take ownership of troubleshooting and swiftly resolving integration issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• Proven expertise in executing Workday HCM and payroll integrations.

• Strong proficiency in adeptness in Workday Studio.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Areas of Responsibility

Requirement Gathering-"Define requirement specifications basis workshops and discussions with senior client stakeholders and identify optimisation opportunities to be considered as part of design process."

Feasibility Analysis-Undertake feasibility analysis to identify potential constraints and change requirements by engaging with client business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Solution Design-Develop solution design across modules and systems, ensuring scalability, feasibility and alignment with existing enterprise architecture.

Configuration and Customisation-Conduct design reviews to ensure configurations align with defined development frameworks. Recommend best practices and implement solutions to enhance business process's quality.

Technology Harmonisation-Review the integration architecture across systems, ensuring its alignment with the defined integration framework. Implement the data migration strategy to ensure accurate flow of data across multiple applications.

Troubleshooting and optimisation-Optimize solution performance by ensuring alignment with established cost, scalability, and efficiency targets.

Documentation-Oversee creation and review of functional and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with architectural standards across modules and project teams.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $220,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
