Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of software experience to build production-grade LLM applications, text/voice agents, and robust evaluation systems.

You will focus on orchestrating agents, building text-to-query interfaces, and ensuring system reliability.

This position is open for Mexico City

Key Responsibilities

  • Agent Orchestration: Build production-grade LLM text and voice agents using LangGraph.
  • Query Translation: Develop NL-to-SQL / text-to-query translation engines using LLM-assisted reasoning.
  • Evaluation & Testing: Establish LLM-as-a-Judge scoring, performance metrics, and A/B testing via LangFuse.
  • Observability: Tune prompt engineering and agent workflows for end-to-end reliability.

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of software experience, with a solid focus on production of LLMs and RAG systems.
  • Core Stack: Python, LangGraph, LangFuse, FastAPI, MongoDB, ADK and pgvector.
  • Expertise: Advanced prompt engineering, automated agent evaluation, and metrics tracking.
  • Timezone: Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
