We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Finance.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Mexico City and Guadalajara.

Main Objectives:
- Support the Project Lead in defining the project scope by comprehensively understanding the overall objectives and constraints within the Identity and Access Management domain.
- Collect requirements and translate them into a structured and detailed work product.
- Establish clear acceptance criteria to serve as a comprehensive test framework.
- Analyze the Target Operating Model and the implementation/migration approach to refine and validate scope and requirements, and to identify necessary changes.

· Required skills and qualifications:
- Understanding of Identity Management including access (de)provisioning, role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver (“JML”) activities, ServiceNow integrations, knowledge of access control models and policies, security protocols and standards such as SAML, Oauth.
- Experience in onboarding applications process using Saviynt or IAM tool.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from team members to senior management level.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to understand, gather business process, application requirements and meet their target.
- Problem-oriented and solution-driven: Ability to identify and analyse problems, understand their root-cause, and find high-quality solutions.
- Flexibility and continuous improvement: Can work in an environment with continuous change on the related services.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, statistical data modelling and data visualization.
- Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
- Understanding of data quality and governance principles.
- MS Office, Visio, Tableau and Power BI proficiency.
- Professional English proficiency.

Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Preference will be given to candidate who had/has Saviynt experience.
- Understanding of the current IAM best practices and regulations and standards.
- Certifications in Business Analysis like CBAP, ECBA or CCBA.
- Business process modelling, and experience with process mapping tools like Visio.
