About the Project:

 

The current project focuses on operational excellence and infrastructure readiness across global Technology Centers sites. Key objectives include:

  • Infrastructure Foundations: Managing network and compute hardware, implementing resilience and redundancy, and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Experience Environments: Deploying and maintaining demo environments, content management systems, and ensuring readiness for customer engagements.
  • Azure Identity & Access Management: Administering local Azure resources, hybrid cloud environments, and cost reporting.
  • Audio-Visual Systems: Providing first-line AV support, coordinating repairs, and enabling high-quality event experiences.
  • Events & Engagements: Supporting presenters and attendees, coordinating technical setups, and ensuring smooth execution of customer sessions.
  • Supplier Coordination & Asset Lifecycle: Managing vendor relationships, technology upgrades, and recycling processes.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Acting as Point of Contact for local escalations, driving resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Managing on-site infrastructure (network, compute, AV systems) and supporting operational processes.
  • Overseeing demo environments, inventory, and technical readiness for engagements.
  • Providing Azure administration, AV triage, and event support.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to maintain service quality.
  • Driving continuous improvement in technology, processes, and customer experience.
