Logistics Specialist - Repair Operations

Job Details

 

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Experience: 3+ years in Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain, or After-Sales Operations, preferably within the consumer electronics or smartphone industry.

Required Skills:

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage UAT cycles and NPI launches under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to turn raw data into actionable "Corrective Action" strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you can navigate a technical conversation with a repair tech and a strategic one with a Program Manager.
  • Mobility: As needed
Mandatory Skills: Product Testing .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .
