Job Description
- Track and manage the project budget, validating actual consumption versus planning.
- Control Purchase Orders (POs), billing POs, and invoicing, ensuring alignment with contracts and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Review and validate invoices (billing period, amounts, services/products, and taxes).
- Follow up on vendor payments and escalate delays when required.
- Create invoices as needed.
- Reconcile invoicing versus payments and support month-end financial close activities.
- Maintain up-to-date project financial reports.
Procurement and Vendor Management
- Coordinate the procurement process from request through payment.
- Create and follow up on purchase orders using corporate tools.
- Validate quotations, approvals, and commercial terms.
- Manage open and new purchase orders based on the type of procurement.
- Maintain ongoing communication with vendors regarding invoicing and payment topics.
- Ensure all purchases are fully supported with complete documentation.
Process Control and Governance
- Ensure compliance with company financial and procurement policies.
- Manage system access, role assignments, and knowledge transfer when applicable.
- Document processes and keep operational manuals up to date.
- Act as the main point of contact between Finance, Procurement, Vendors, and the Project team.
- Support internal audits and financial reviews.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of project financial management.
- Experience with procurement, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Ariba, Excel, and corporate financial systems.
- Strong follow-up, control, and analytical skills.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and documentation.
- Clear and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a PMO, Project Analyst, or in a financial/operational role.
- Experience working with vendors and finance teams.
- Experience in corporate or managed services environments is a plus.
- English proficiency required (80%).

To qualify for the role you must have
- Degree at university level
- English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
- 3+ years of experience, including demonstrated project management and financial management experience
- End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)
- Experience in end-to-end financial management â plan, forecast, actual â function, portfolio and program/project levels
- Very good understanding of service delivery related key performance indicators
- Project delivery experience in a similar IT environment
- Experience working in a global IT environment
- Business Analytic skills
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Customer orientation and responsiveness
- Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
- Outstanding self-management , influence management , information presentation and interpersonal, communication
