Role and responsibilities

• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to shape and execute ERP Transformation strategies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with IT and business teams.
• Create and maintain solution roadmaps to guide Service Line strategies and recommend architectures that meet business needs and compliance requirements.
• Provide cost estimates, promote reference architectures, and reusable patterns to standardize solution design and deployment.
• Lead design sessions, develop end-to-end solutions for complex business problems, and drive innovation by challenging the status quo.
• Mentor IT team members, provide guidance during the build, test, and deployment phases, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Maintain vendor relationships and stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements and market trends.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployments and deep knowledge of ERP concepts, trends, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules (AP/AR/GL/FA & Controlling), integration points between FICO and other SAP modules, and SAP best practices.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP architecture, integration points between modules, and related infrastructure components.
• Proficiency in solution design, proposal development, and business case preparation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and consultative relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while managing ambiguity and driving strategic agility.
• Self-motivated, with experience in implementation and support projects, and a solid technical background in SAP tools and processes.
• Demonstrate passion for success to complete required tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Education/Work Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in IT management, computer science, computer engineering, or management information systems.
• SAP Functional Certifications and/or Experience
• At least 7 years of IT or equivalent business/industry work experience in a relevant subject area.
• At least 2 implementation projects experience in relevant subject area.
