Requirements
1+ year of onsite experience in:
- Formatting and imaging Mac (iOS/macOS), Windows, and other computing devices.
- Managing remote access to computers using Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Quick Assist.
- Technical knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and peripherals.
- Replacing parts in laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
- Installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of printing equipment and printer support.
- Understanding of wired and wireless networks.
- Installation and configuration of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Microsoft 365 installation, configuration, and support.
- Email account setup and troubleshooting.
- Backup creation and recovery processes.
- Software and application updates.

Mexico City
- 100% onsite role
- Availability to work rotating shifts
- Willingness to provide support across different office locations, including:
- Santa Fe
- San Ángel
- Chapultepec
