Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support our organization within Datacenter Hardware Engineering. This role will drive qualification governance, release readiness, operational excellence, and automation initiatives across hardware and firmware qualification programs. 

The ideal candidate excels in cross-functional coordination, process engineering, data-driven execution, and technical program leadership within complex engineering environments.

Responsibilities 

  • Own qualification process governance across intake, planning, execution, sign-off, and deployment readiness. 
  • Drive qualification compliance reviews for firmware releases, product changes, and engineering work items. 
  • Lead integrated schedules across sustaining, release, QaaS, and pre-check/UAT programs. 
  • Drive operational cadence includes readiness reviews, intake reviews, retrospectives, and risk escalations. 
  • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage workflow governance, data quality, risk tracking, and state discipline. 
  • Partner with engineering teams on automation initiatives using Power Automate, AI tooling, Power BI, and Kusto/KQL. 
  • Develop dashboards and insights for portfolio health, SLA adherence, aging, fleet exposure, and release readiness. 
  • Drive Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement efforts to reduce cycle time, rework, and operational inefficiencies. 
  • Coordinate across engineering, qualification, sustaining, ODM/SI, and product management organizations. 
  • Deliver executive-ready communications, reporting, and technical reviews.

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience. 
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional engineering programs with multiple dependencies. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to lead without authority. 
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Kusto/KQL. 
  • Experience in process engineering, quality/validation, or operational excellence environments. 
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with hyperscale datacenter hardware and firmware qualification. 
  • Familiarity with server hardware architecture and infrastructure technologies. 
  • Experience with release management, sustaining engineering, audit/compliance programs, or QaaS frameworks. 
  • Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement experience. 
  • Background supporting automation and AI-enabled operational workflows.
