We are looking for a Bilingual (ENG) Senior Technical Writer – Cloud AI / Vertex AI for one of our new proyects with great and potencial growth.

 

About the Role͏

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer with strong technical depth to join our team and support Cloud AI / Vertex AI–related documentation initiatives.

This role focuses on creating high quality, customer facing technical documentation for AI and Machine Learning products built on cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate has hands on experience documenting complex technical concepts for developer and enterprise audiences and thrives in fast paced product environments.

K͏ey Responsibilities

Create customer facing technical documentation for Cloud AI / Vertex AI products, including:

  • Conceptual guides
  • Tutorials
  • How to documentation
  • API references

Develop documentation covering AI / Machine Learning topics, such as:

  • Model training and evaluation
  • Natural language and computer vision use cases
  • Self service onboarding experiences
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Customer Engineers to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Work using documentation as code practices, leveraging Markdown/HTML and Git based workflows.

Manage multiple documentation streams aligned with fast paced feature launches and evolving product roadmaps.

Non Negotiable Requirements͏

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer (senior level profiles preferred).
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (highly desirable).
  • Proven experience creating AI / Machine Learning documentation.
  • Strong experience with Documentation as Code methodologies.
  • Hands on experience using Git / GitHub.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

  • Experience documenting developer focused products or APIs.
  • Background working with cloud platforms beyond GCP (AWS or Azure).
  • Ability to work with global teams and align with PST time zone coverage.

W͏ork model, compensation and benefits

Hybrid work model – on site presence preferred

Location: Mexico City (CDMX)

Work schedule: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00

  • Salary: MXN $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month (Base on profile, NEGOTIABLE)
