· 8-12 Yrs of Hands-on knowledge, troubleshooting of TCP/IP, OSI model, LAN, WLAN, Experience in handling Cisco/Aruba LAN Network/Wireless/ClearPass.

· Experience in troubleshooting LAN technologies like VTP , STP, ACL, Port-channel, lag, VSF and VSX etc, and Gateway redundancy protocols like HSRP, VRRP, GLBP.

· Good Knowledge in Configuring WPA, WPA2, 802.1X , PSK Authentication and AES, TKIP, WEP Encryption. HSRP/VRRP/STP/VTP Switching

· Configured HREAP, flex connect Access Points for remote end office.

· Design, install and Configuration of Aruba/Cisco including Wireless LAN Controller Aruba switches and Aruba Clear Pass.

· Must have migration and deployment experience in documentation (LLD, HLD, Visio, testing script) and understanding of enterprise network: Switches, Access Point, ClearPass policy creation.

· Experience on Aruba Wireless: Aruba Airwave, Aruba gateway and Access Points - Lightweight & Autonomous

· Strong knowledge in Aruba products like;

· Switches: 6000, 8000 series

· Access Points: 500 and 600 series

· ClearPass: Virtual node deployment and maintenance

· Gateways: 900 series

· Good practical knowledge of RF plan Configuration on wireless switches and finding the online clients and rogue AP’s.

· Applies analytical skills and technical knowledge to resolve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.

· Must have experience in providing remote support to international customers

· Ability to handle critical issues/problems.

· Ability to determine root cause and resolution for previously known problems.

· Interacts across TAC teams.

· Strong Networking and in-depth knowledge in Aruba Central, UXI, CX family products, ClearPass, Gateways and APs.

· Advantage for Automation knowledge, DDI services knowledge candidates.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Good Customer handling skills. Ability to handle tough situations effectively.
