Job Description: 

Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities include:

Stakeholder Management:Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.

Global Portal & Collaboration ArchitectureEnterprise SharePoint Strategy: Act as the ultimate authority for the global SharePoint Online environment. Design and govern a high-performance systemManage the full lifecycle of all collaboration containers (Teams, O365 Groups, SharePoint Sites) across the tenant.

AI Operations (Microsoft 365 Copilot)Copilot Global Rollout: Lead the operational readiness for M365 Copilot. Ensure the tenant is secure and data is appropriately "permissioned" before AI activation.AI Governance: Establish policies for Copilot Studio and AI-extensibility to ensure that automated workflows remain compliant with global data privacy laws.

Conferencing & Employee Engagement ServicesProvide subject matter expertise on enterprise conferencing capabilities, communication workflows, and corporate engagement channels.Ensure these services operate efficiently with proper policies, governance, and technical integrations.

Operational Excellence & AutomationPolicy-as-Code: Replace manual administration with advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automationVendor & Lifecycle Management: Manage the relationship with Microsoft and AvePoint, staying ahead of the "Evergreen" update cycle and translating roadmap changes into business value.
Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Copilot Studio M365 .
