Desktop Support Administrator - L3

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to end users and contribute to an organization that is dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced level desktop support for various hardware and software issues.
- Research and resolve technical problems that are escalated from first line support teams, typically involving moderate complexity.
- Respond to escalated telephone, email, and online requests for technical support in a timely manner.
- Document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools while ensuring compliance with department standards.
- Communicate effectively with end users to manage expectations and provide updates on issue resolution.
- Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and continuously seek opportunities to improve personal skill sets.
Required Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Desktop/End User Support Engineer.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing, researching, and resolving technical problems of moderate complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly and understandably to non-technical users.
- Passion for working within a team that prioritizes client-centric solutions and results-driven approaches.
- Experience in documenting and tracking issues using established technical support systems.
Experience: 3-5 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
