Wipro Technologies-USA is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Desktop Support Technicians who will contribute to our commitment to providing outstanding IT support services.

Position: Administrator - L3 (Desktop Support)

Location: Miami, FL 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conducts installations, maintenance, and repairs on various hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance of desktop and laptop computers.
  • Provides tailored technical support and assistance during the configuration process of PCs to meet user needs effectively.
  • Escalates complex problems and issues to senior technicians or specialized teams when necessary, guaranteeing prompt resolution of customer support requests.
  • Maintains compliance with vendor warranty requirements through timely processing of requests and accurate record-keeping practices.
  • Upholds client policies and guidelines, demonstrating a commitment to protecting customer data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinates efforts with cross-functional teams and external vendors to enhance the level of support and foster collaborative problem-solving.
  • Engages directly with customers to address technical questions and provide clear, concise information to resolve inquiries.
  • Demonstrates reliability by maintaining regular attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts.
  • Assists with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, showcasing flexibility and willingness to contribute to team goals.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in a related field is preferred, however, we welcome fresh graduates eager to start their careers.

Candidates with a background in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office Suites are highly desirable. Basic knowledge in desktop troubleshooting will be a plus, as we aim to build a knowledgeable and skilled support team.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
