Microsoft Power Apps
- Strong hands-on experience in the Process Automation domain, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Process Automation (DPA), with proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions.
- Solid foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning/Deep Learning, with experience in integrating AI-driven automation processes and leveraging predictive models to enhance automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Pages, Copilot, Power Platform Admin and Power BI, with a strong ability to develop automated workflows, create custom business applications, and utilize data analytics for performance insights.
- Develop new automation solutions or enhance existing ones in response to changing business requirements, ensuring solutions remain aligned with strategic goals
- Proficient in programming and scripting languages (e.g. C#, JavaScript) to enhance or develop automation solutions and improve existing workflows
- Good hands-on experience with MSSQL database - DML & DDL operations, stored procedures, triggers, etc.
- Experience with integration technologies (APIs, REST), and developer tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of integrating automation solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM) and managing workflows across multiple systems to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues, ensuring smooth and continuous operations with minimal disruption.
- Provide L2 & L3 support for automation solutions in production, ensuring high availability and operational continuity
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to live automation use-cases promptly to minimize downtime and business impact in line with SLAs in place
- Expertise in monitoring automation performance and identifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and scale solutions effectively.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical configurations, support procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure knowledge transfer and operational compliance.
- Perform regular maintenance of automation solutions, including updates, patches, and improvements, to prevent issues and improve long-term stability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver optimized automation solutions
