Location: Remote but prefer Milford, OH
ITI, a Wipro company and a global leader in PLM and CAD interoperability solutions is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to manage and grow its global partner ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for developing relationships with Resellers, OEM partners, Technology integration partners, and Referral partners to expand the reach of the ITI’s interoperability solutions. The Partner Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive partner success and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the ITI’s global distribution and technology partner network
• Develop strong relationships with resellers, OEM partners, and integration partners
• Identify and recruit new partners in strategic regions and industry segments
• Negotiate and manage partner agreements, contracts, and commercial terms
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, including partner pipeline and sales forecasting
• Support partner-led sales opportunities and coordinate internal resources when required
• Enable partners through training, product updates, and sales support
• Represent the company at partner meetings, industry events, and joint marketing initiatives
• Manage relationships with third-party technology component suppliers integrated into company solutions
Partner Ecosystem Coverage
• Reseller Partners – Distribution of CAD interoperability solutions (e.g., CADfix)
• PLM OEM Integration Partners – MCAD-PLM integration solutions
• CADfix OEM Integration Partners – Embedded integrations within partner applications
• PDE OEM Integration Partners – CAD conversion libraries embedded in partner products
• Referral / Services Partners – CAD conversion services and consulting partners
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 5+ years experience with CAD and/or PLM software
• 5+ years experience in enterprise software sales or partner/channel management
• Experience managing global distribution or reseller networks
• Ability to work with cross-functional and internationally distributed teams
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
