Project Manager
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
As an Infrastructure Project Manager at Wipro Technologies-USA, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the IT Infrastructure components of various business projects.
You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership abilities, ensuring that projects not only meet defined goals but also exceed quality expectations. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will manage schedules, budgets, and strategic deliverables, making pivotal decisions that drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of large-scale integrated solutions while effectively managing expectations from various stakeholders and teams.
Conduct thorough Discovery, Assessment and Migration of workloads in alignment with project objectives.
Formulate comprehensive migration calendars, coordinate migration windows with client stakeholders, gain necessary approvals, and diligently oversee the actual migrations.
Establish and manage overall project plans, budgets, resource allocation, detailed schedules, and staffing requirements.
Coordinate with external vendors and multi-stream engineering teams to facilitate timely deliveries and successful workload migrations.
Foster strong relationships with (CEOs) and senior stakeholders at client companies through effective status reporting and communication.
Required Experience:
Strong ability to devise and effectively monitor project schedules and timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met on time.
Proven experience as a migration lead in Data Center and Hybrid Cloud Migration projects, overseeing comprehensive transitions.
Strong record of defining move groups and successfully leading workload migrations within challenging environments.
Experience in navigating multi-vendor ecosystems and collaborating with third-party vendors for project execution.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within budget constraints while meticulously tracking overall financial performance.
Proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with project management software tools, along with adept reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
