Job Description : *The Professional, Client Devices job configures, maintains and troubleshoots desktops, laptops and mobile devices, providing technical support to end users and ensuring both hardware and software issues are resolved promptly to minimize downtime. With limited supervision, this job implements moderately complex security measures to protect client devices from threats and maintain compliance with organizational policies, and partners to deploy new devices and updates to provide a seamless user experience
Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .

 

Experience: 1-3 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
