The role is expected to support in enhancing customer advocacy by predicting and preventing customer escalations & dissatisfactions and drive a culture of continuous improvement in the assigned accounts.

Job Description

Print software migration from on-premises to cloud solution.

Facilitating the onboarding process for acquired entities and current corporate employees to the new enterprise print vendor, which includes the offboarding from existing vendors.

Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 9am-5pm primary with CST evening hours for Software Migrations 

Please provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on?  The candidate will be working on 2 company blue chip projects. 

•              Print software migration from on-premises to cloud solution.

•              Facilitating the onboarding process for acquired entities and current corporate employees to the new enterprise print vendor, which includes the offboarding from existing vendors.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position:

1.            Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the enterprise print program migration.

2.            Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives for the migration project.

3.            Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and dependencies associated with the migration process.

4.            Develop and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, requirements documents, and test plans.

5.            Work closely with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and objectives.

6.            Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, business level project managers, and technical teams throughout the migration project.

7.            Conduct user training and provide support during the transition to the enterprise print program.

8.            Assist and support Enterprise Print PM to monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to ensure successful migration. Skilled in end-to-end project management execution, with the capability to provide progress reports on timelines using Gantt views.

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)?  Technology background, Project Delivery, Understanding the US healthcare system

What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)? 

•              Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.

•              Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on enterprise-level projects, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy industries.

•              Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

•              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

•              Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

•              Familiarity with enterprise print programs and document management systems is a plus.

What skills/attributes are preferred:

•              Project Management Certification

•              Proficiency using Project Management Tools (Aha!, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)

Mandatory Skills: Clinical Data Analysis Healthcare Payor .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
