Job Title: Business Analyt

Job Summary

The Product & Retail Operations Lead drives end-to-end operational execution across product and sample lifecycles for multiple retail partners. This role partners cross-functionally with Account Management, Product Development, Marketing, and global vendors to ensure accurate, on-time delivery while supporting both established retailers and new business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own operational execution across multiple annual product cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery across retailers
  • Support account operations for established and emerging retail partners by adapting processes to evolving retailer systems and requirements
  • Manage high-volume sample operations including intake, tracking, storage, distribution, and shipment across concurrent programs
  • Coordinate retailer-facing processes such as item setup, issue resolution, compliance, and system feedback communication
  • Identify growth opportunities through operational insights, competitive analysis, and post-set performance reviews
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align timelines, priorities, and execution across internal teams and international partners
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to streamline reporting, analysis, and operational workflows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • Proven experience in product, retail, or operations management within fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting retail accounts, supply chain coordination, and vendor management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, project management tools, and data analysis platforms; experience with AI tools preferred
  • Detail-oriented communicator with strong problem-solving and execution skills
Mandatory Skills: Transformation Engineering .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
