Job Title:Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning–based solutions. The role involves building intelligent systems, working with large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and applications
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and intelligent systems
  • Implement machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and NLP/computer vision solutions as required
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software developers
  • Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models, improving them over time
  • Stay updated with the latest AI tools, technologies, and research

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred); knowledge of Java or C++ is a plus
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras
  • Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures
  • Experience working with databases and data processing tools
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented code
Mandatory Skills: Transformation Engineering .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
