Job Description

Full Stack Lead to drive the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Java, GraphQL, PostgreSQL. This role demands deep technical proficiency, hands-on coding, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Lead responsible for implementing technical solutions, overseeing sprint execution, and ensuring code quality CI/CD practices. You’ll guide the team in implementing scalable APIs and responsive front-end interfaces, while integrating observability tools like Kafka, Splunk, and Grafana for performance monitoring and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate full-stack development efforts across multiple projects and sprints
  • Hands-on Development: Contribute to coding and solution implementation using React, TypeScript, Java, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
  • API Development: Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
  • Monitoring & Observability: Integrate tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Kafka for logging, metrics, and real-time monitoring
  • Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices across the team

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
