Role Purpose

The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.

Position:  Oracle HCM 

  

Responsibilities:

 

  • As an Oracle HCM - Payroll Analyst, provide functional and technical requirement specifications for system enhancements and reporting/data needs to IT development team
  • Configure Payroll system according to business requirements. Coordinate with technical teams for any required customizations or enhancements
  • Provide Functional and technical support to the payroll functional team.
  • Analyze and design solutions to enhance payroll functionality in Oracle HCM
  • Develop and deliver training programs and support materials to educate end-users on Payroll system functionality, features, and best practices
  • Manage system maintenance activities, including applying patches, upgrades, and ensuring data integrity. Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and troubleshooting payroll issues.
  • Perform regression testing for changes to payroll configuration and related application upgrades 
  • Works with corporate HR and Payroll functions to streamline, document and improve existing and new processes using Oracle HCM and third-party software solutions like ADP, Kronos, etc.
  • Provides quality assurance and testing on newly developed customizations and reports before deploying to the user group
Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
