Job Role : Principal Consultant - Tech & Impl (Product Manager – Healthcare Technology)

  • Seeking a Product Manager experienced in healthcare technology to lead product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross‑functional delivery. Responsibilities include translating business needs into user stories, managing product backlogs, supporting PI planning, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to deliver scalable, data‑driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in product management, business analysis, and software design
    • Strong Agile/Scrum and SAFe knowledge
    • Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow analysis
    • Proficient with Jira, Rally, Salesforce, and SQL/DB tools
    • Healthcare or pharmacy system experience preferred
Mandatory Skills: HC - Payor .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
