Senior Business System Analyst
Role Summary
Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (12–15 years experience) with strong Healthcare Payer expertise to drive requirements, process analysis, SOP modernization, and AI-enabled business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead business discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.

Analyze business processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.

Create BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.

Translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering and AI teams.

Identify automation and AI opportunities within business processes.

Support UAT, business validation, and solution adoption.

Collaborate with Operations, Product, Data, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
Required Experience

12–15 years of Business Systems Analysis experience

Strong expertise in Claims/insurance segment

Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP analysis, gap analysis, and Agile delivery.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have

Experience working on AI-led transformation programs, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.

Ability to identify AI use cases and translate business workflows, SOPs, and operational knowledge into AI-enabled solutions.

Exposure to AWS/Azure, healthcare data, EDI/FHIR, and modern data platforms.
Ideal Candidate
A hands-on Senior BSA who can bridge business and technology teams, drive requirements independently, and help accelerate healthcare operations transformation through process optimization and AI adoption.
Note: This is a Business Systems Analyst role,, Project Manager, or Solution Architect position.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
