Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Role Overview
Position Overview:
you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business units to analyze processes, gather requirements, and support the development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and user guides, business requirement documentation, etc.
• Create process workflows and creation process workflows.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft AI tools, Visio
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps).
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
