About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our healthcare IT team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our infrastructure systems that support core organizational functions and patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level infrastructure solutions across Windows Server platforms and Active Directory.
- Manage and optimize virtualization environments using VMware and Citrix technologies.
- Administer and support Cisco UCS blade systems and NetApp storage solutions.
- Oversee data protection and disaster recovery strategies using Rubrik.
- Lead automation initiatives using Ansible and PowerShell to streamline operations and improve system reliability.
- Support and enhance collaboration tools and services within the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of critical services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs for clinical and business applications.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles.
- Strong expertise in:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Cisco UCS
- NetApp, Rubrik, Citrix, M365
- Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform, PowerShell, and infrastructure automation
- Proven experience in managing virtualized environments and enterprise storage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices, especially in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare IT environment or with HIPAA-compliant systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, NetApp NCDA, Cisco CCNP, Citrix CCA/CCP, etc.).
Experience: 8-10 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
