Role: ServiceNow IRM Technical Lead
Location: Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Portland & Dallas - Onsite at any of the mentioned locations
Duration: Full Time
Technical Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience with ServiceNow Development.
- Experience in IRM configuration for risk and controls
- Broad IT experience of working within a large enterprise on Multiple implementations.
- Candidates should have strong knowledge on ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Governance, Risk & Compliance.
- ServiceNow GRC Implementation or development experience is a must have.
- Should have understanding on ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Glide and Jelly Scripting.
- Design and modify ServiceNow forms, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.
- Knowledge of best practices in ServiceNow development activities/coding.
- Conducting Proof of Concept activities when necessary.
- Integration with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)
- Good understanding of building Machine Learning, AI, RPA scenarios will be added value.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with global ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow across any location of client.
- Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
- Prepare run books on specific technology areas.
- Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance.
- Work with the client team to address escalations and own the resolution during the critical incident scenario.
- Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow
- Identify opportunities for automation standardization and stabilization of environment.
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed

Academic & Professional Skills:
- ServiceNow System certified administration is a must
- Certified Implementation Specialist- ITSM is a must
- Certified Implementation Specialist- Risk & Compliance is preferred.
- ITIL Foundations certification is a must.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education.

Areas of responsibility
Monitoring and Incident Detection-Analyse attack trends and correlate logs across systems to identify advance threats. Enhance monitoring processes and implement improvements for faster detection, to ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards.
Incident Handling and Analysis-Perform root cause analysis, create incident response plans and implement disaster recovery measures to minimize business disruption
Threat Assessment and Analytics-Undertake forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools and implement mitigation measures to align with compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance-"Liaise with cross functional teams, external vendors and auditors to ensure compliance with security frameworks.
Maintain audit documentation and ensure its accuracy while implementing processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance."
Training and Awareness-Assist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness sessions, including guidance on phishing and malicious emails.

Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
