Job Title: Technical Lead

Job Summary:
Looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-level web applications, preferably in the healthcare domain. The candidate should have strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, cloud-native development, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems
  • Lead application modernization and cloud migration initiatives (Azure/AWS)
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and database queries
  • Implement secure authentication mechanisms (SSO, OAuth2, OIDC)
  • Work with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code quality and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
  • Proficiency in ReactJS / Angular
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL, S3/Cosmos DB)
  • Experience with Kafka / event-driven architectures
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Terraform, GitHub
  • Understanding of security frameworks (OAuth2, SSO, OIDC)

Good to Have:

  • Healthcare domain experience
  • Exposure to AI tools, GitHub Copilot, or automation frameworks
  • Experience in ETL pipelines, batch processing, or big data systems
Mandatory Skills: Fullstack MERN .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
