Job Summary

Seeking experienced Airport Domain professionals to support mission-critical Airport Operational Systems. The role involves L2/L3 application support, incident and problem management, vendor coordination, operational readiness, change management, and stakeholder engagement across airport operations portfolios including CDF, SCADA, IOCC, CAD, RMS, ACDM, AVDGS, FIDS, and Baggage systems.

 

Mandatory Skills

· Airport Domain Experience (Mandatory)

· Incident, Problem & Change Management

· ServiceNow

· Vendor Management

· L2/L3 Application Support

Hands-on Experience in One or More of:

· RMS (Resource Management System)

· ACDM (Airport Collaborative Decision Making)

· FIDS

· AVDGS

· Baggage Systems / BHS

· CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch)

· IOCC Operational Systems

· SCADA Systems

· CDF (Central De-Icing Facility)

 

Key Responsibilities

· Provide L2/L3 support for airport operational applications and integrations.

· Manage incidents, service requests, RCA activities, problem management, and operational escalations.

· Coordinate with airport stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure, network, security, and project teams.

· Support airport operational systems including IOCC, CAD, CDF, SCADA, RMS, ACDM, FIDS, AVDGS, and Baggage applications.

· Execute failovers, DR exercises, maintenance activities, upgrades, patching, and operational readiness activities.

 

Mandatory Skills: Airports .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 18/hr to CAD 22/hr .
