Job Description

Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Optimize application performance and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
Ensure high availability and reliability of backend systems
Troubleshoot and debug production issue


Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Java
Strong proficiency with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilitie


Nice to Have
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems
Exposure to GraphQL or gRPC
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Contributions to open-source projects
Mandatory Skills: Core Java .
