Role: Project Manager – AI-Driven Application Development


Overview


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead application development initiatives with a focus on AI-driven solutions. The role involves end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable technology outcomes. Strong project governance and stakeholder management are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application development (planning to closure)
Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and stakeholders
Integrate AI-driven features into applications
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Manage risks, issues, and changes
Track progress and provide leadership updates
Ensure quality and compliance standards
Promote communication and AI best practices
Evaluate AI tools and platforms
Mentor team members on AI concepts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
10+ years in application/project management
Strong understanding of AI (ML, NLP, Neural Networks)
Familiarity with AI platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience in Agile/Scrum
Ability to manage multiple projects

AI model lifecycle exposure
Business to AI solution translation
Data management and AI ethics understanding
API and cloud AI integration
Awareness of AI trends
Ability to explain AI to non-technical stakeholders

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 100000 to CAD 150000 .
