Role Summary
The Run Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end management of IT production (Run/BAU) operations, ensuring system stability, availability, and performance in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. The role acts as the single point of accountability for operational delivery and client communication in a bilingual (Canadian French/English) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own Run/BAU operations for applications and infrastructure
Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL practices
Act as primary escalation point for major incidents (P1/P2)
Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and service reporting
Communicate effectively with French‑ and English‑speaking stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Proven experience in running governance meetings (WSR / MBR / QBR) and executive reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in IT Operations / Production Support / Run management
Hands‑on experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools 
Excellent bilingual communication skills (Canadian French & English)-Mandate
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments preferred
Good to have Core Banking domain knowledge
ITIL certification preferred
Mandatory Skills: NetOxygen - Functional .
