Dedicated Support Specialist
Position Overview:
The Dedicated Support Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support during new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience across MacBook and Windows environments. This role focuses on device configuration, troubleshooting, and providing white-glove service to maintain the highest standard of client support. The specialist will manage onboarding sessions, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with technical teams to uphold current standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configure all new hire devices (primarily MacBook) and ensure updates and patches are completed prior to onboarding sessions.
- Manage requests, schedule sessions, and send calendar invites for all device onboarding activities.
- Deliver onboarding sessions covering Identity Pass completion, Multi-Factor Authentication, VPN setup, Slack configuration, and device enrollment.
- Lead training for executive assistants and business managers on the onboarding process.
- Provide on-site and remote support for end users via ticketing systems.
- Offer secondary support during Meetup weeks as identified by leadership.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding support processes and expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Mac OS and Windows OS.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and manage scheduling tasks.
- Experience with onboarding processes including MFA, VPN, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams).
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience: 1-3 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $33,000 to $76,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
