Job Description

As a Senior Executive at Wipro Technologies-USA within the Technology Services division, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth and technological leadership in the HiTech sector. This role demands a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in cloud technologies, digital transformation, and HiTech IT landscapes. You will take charge of spearheading comprehensive sales initiatives that focus on delivering transformative technology solutions tailored to the complex needs of large HiTech enterprises. We need an executive with technology depth in cloud and digital with HiTech background and able to farm existing business.

Your responsibilities will include strategizing and executing initiatives that integrate cutting-edge cloud and digital solutions with HiTech specific compliance and operational considerations. You will act as the bridge between cross-functional teams—sales, engineering, and client partnerships—ensuring the grow of superior consulting and technology services. Your leadership will be key in managing multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

  • Lead strategic sales campaigns targeted at HiTech, aligning with their evolving business and technology strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive service engagement plans that promote close collaboration across sales, technical, and delivery teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering insights on HiTech technology trends, regulatory impacts, and emerging innovations.
  • Mentor sales teams to cultivate client-focused strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring excellence in customer service.
  • Continuously analyze market trends within the HiTech sector to proactively identify opportunities and threats.

This role is a unique blend of strategic leadership, technical acumen, and sales expertise, enabling Wipro to cement its status as a preferred partner for HiTech organizations undergoing digital transformation.

    • Demonstrated success in developing and expanding a substantial sales pipeline within the HiTech domain through strategic account management and relationship building.
    • Must have revenue targets of 30-50M.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration with diverse internal teams and external client stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in coordinating complex sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of client issues and seamless service delivery.
    • Ability to efficiently manage several intricate sales prospects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and operational hurdles affecting technology adoption and solution deployment.
    • Expertise in clearly articulating complex technical concepts, value propositions, and tailored solution designs to diverse audiences including technical and business stakeholders.
    • Proven capability to build and maintain robust client relationships characterized by responsiveness, trust, and a client-first ethos.
    • Extensive knowledge of diverse enterprise IT environments, enabling the formulation of customized solutions that align with client architectures.
    • Substantial experience in consulting and selling outcome-driven, service-based technology solutions with a focus on long-term client engagement and value realization.
    • Advanced skills in written and verbal communication to produce compelling proposals, persuasive presentations, and efficient negotiation outcomes.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000.00  to $210,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
