About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and innovative Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between web application development, cloud infrastructure, and cutting-edge AI technologies. You will be responsible for building secure internal tools, managing data pipelines on Google Cloud, and pioneering new AI agent solutions to automate and enhance our internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance internal web applications. Ensure seamless integration with SQL databases for reliable data storage and retrieval.
  • AI Agent & GenAI Innovation: Spearhead the development of AI Agent solutions. Utilize Agent Development Kits (ADK) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies to create intelligent, context-aware internal tools.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and configure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to support our applications. Focus specifically on optimizing Cloud Storage, managing Identity and Access Management (IAM), and configuring Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP) for secure application access.
  • Data Engineering & ML: Architect and maintain data workflows using Google BigQuery. Leverage BigQuery ML to drive data processing, advanced analysis, and machine learning applications directly within the data warehouse.
  • Security & Access Control: Implement and manage robust Access Control systems. enforce strict security protocols to protect internal data and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience in full-stack web development (Frontend frameworks and Backend APIs) with strong SQL database skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically with IAM, IAP, and Storage.
  • Experience with data engineering tools, specifically BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI Agents.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building applications with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Knowledge of BigQuery ML for predictive modeling.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and zero-trust architecture.
  • Google Cloud Certification (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Data/Cloud Architect).

3. Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to project and its execution

  • Capturing all the requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work
  • Taking feedback on the regular basis to ensure smooth and on time delivery
  • Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
  • Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
  • Documenting very necessary details and reports in a formal way for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation
  • Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
  • Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally
Mandatory Skills: Windows Platform Engineering Full Stack .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
