Job Description

Lead and manage a high volume of complex and sensitive employee relations cases and projects, such as performance management (coaching, counseling, PIPs, etc.) and disciplinary actions.

Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to management on complex employee relations issues, including performance improvement plans, terminations, and workplace conflict resolution.

Proactively assess the impact and priority of complex organizational needs, develop communication strategies, and ensure appropriate, timely fulfillment.

Manage and resolve sophisticated employee HR-related questions and concerns, acting as an additional escalation point to the HRG Lead for HR Generalists.

Lead and conduct process investigations, analyze findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions in a timely manner.

Drive and execute strategic HR tasks and special projects to support the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring all HR policies and company guidelines are consistently and accurately applied.

Develop and implement best practices for onboarding, engagement, talent planning, exit and other various HR planning processes.

Utilize demonstrated expert knowledge of the HR field, including a comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations and compliance.

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
