Role Purpose
Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Citrix NetScaler ADC (Application Delivery Controller) solutions for load balancing, SSL offloading, and application optimization.
- Configure and maintain NetScaler Gateway for secure remote access.
- Perform traffic management, content switching, and global server load balancing (GSLB).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetScaler appliances, network connectivity, and application delivery.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Monitor performance and optimize configurations for high availability and scalability.
- Apply firmware upgrades, patches, and security hardening on NetScaler devices.
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC (MPX, VPX, SDX platforms).
- Expertise in Load Balancing, SSL Certificates, Content Switching, and GSLB.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
- Familiarity with Citrix Gateway, VPN, and ICA Proxy.
- Understanding of firewall policies, routing, and security best practices.
- Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Citrix Certified Professional – Networking (CCP-N) or equivalent certification.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cloud integration (AWS/GCP/Azure) with NetScaler is an advantage.
