Job Description

Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to develop privacy solutions for clients by handling data protection regulations and trends , ensuring a regulatory compliant flow of data as per the business need.

Do
1.   Develop data protection and privacy programs for clients to support business needs
a.    Participate in requirements gathering from clients and assist in reconciliation of technical requirements from GDPR / CCPA perspective
b.    Interpret customer needs and develop appropriate privacy solution
c.    Develop value effective and compelling client proposals in alignment to customer’s core business and privacy requirements
d.    Deploy processes and tools to help detect and prevent privacy breaches and monitor changes in technology impacting privacy risk posture
e.    Participate in conducting periodic data privacy impact assessments and ongoing compliance monitoring activities in coordination with the organization's other compliance and operational assessment functions
f.    Mitigate effects of a use or disclosure of personal information by employees or business partners as encountered during privacy incidents or breaches 
g.    Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality bids on time by working in an organized manner with a cross-functional team of technical specialists, solution architects, CoEs, delivery teams, sales team, legal teams, financial teams etc.
h.    Maintain current knowledge of applicable privacy and data protection requirements and accreditation standards,  
i.    Develop privacy training materials and other communications to increase understanding of company privacy policies, data handling practices and procedures and other privacy (legal) obligations
