Job Description

Skills and Experience:

-In-depth experience with NetApp storage solutions, including ONTAP 9.x, FAS/AFF systems and both 7-Mode and Clustered Data ONTAP (cDOT).

-Expertise in SnapMirror, SnapVault, SnapRestore, SnapCenter and NDMP-based backup integrations.

-Solid experience in LUN provisioning, NFS/CIFS/SMB configurations, SAN zoning, iSCSI and Fibre Channel (FC) storage architectures.

-Proficiency in volume/LUN migration, inter-cluster SnapMirror replication and SVM-based architecture.

-Experience with NetApp MetroCluster (if applicable), aggregates, FlexVol, FlexClone, deduplication and compression.

-Familiarity with host integrations on Windows, Linux, Solaris and VMware including multipathing and storage failover testing.

-Knowledge of NetApp System Manager, Active IQ, AutoSupport and CLI-based administration.

-Understanding of backup, restore, disaster recovery (DR) replication, and business continuity practices using NetApp tools.

-Ability to interpret and work with High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

-Excellent communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
