Job Description
Wipro Consulting is seeking a Partner / Director to lead and expand our People & Change Advisory offerings with a strong focus on Generative AI adoption, HR transformation, and enterprise change management. This leadership role combines business development, delivery excellence, and practice growth—enabling clients to future-proof their workforce and unlock value from AI-powered transformation.
Key Responsibilitie
1. Go-to-Market & Client Development
•Lead the go-to-market strategy for Gen AI–enabled people transformation services.
• Develop CXO-level relationships with clients across industries and global markets, with a focus on GCCs and large enterprises.
• Shape and convert strategic pursuits across HR transformation, change management, and digital workforce advisory.
• Collaborate with Wipro domain, digital, and AI practices to develop integrated solutions.
2. Engagement Delivery & Advisory Leadership
• Act as engagement partner for large-scale HR and people transformation programs enabled by Gen AI and automation.
• Deliver HR operating model redesign, talent strategy, org structuring, and behaviour change initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams on AI readiness, capability building, and HR tech modernization.
• Ensure alignment with Wipro’s responsible AI and digital ethics principles.
3. Practice Growth & Capability Building
• Build Wipro’s global People & Change delivery assets, frameworks, and accelerators.
• Develop a high-performing team of consultants skilled in Gen AI, HR, behavioural science, and change enablement.
• Lead internal initiatives to scale IP, reusable content, and point-of-view development.
4. Thought Leadership & Innovation
• Represent Wipro in external forums, webinars, and analyst briefings on the future of work, HR innovation, and AI-driven change.
• Drive development of differentiated POVs, white papers, and Gen AI use cases for people transformation.
• Mentor consultants and emerging leaders, promoting a culture of learning, inclusion, and innovation.
Preferred Experience & Background
• Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years in management consulting, with 10+ years in HR advisory, change management, or people transformation.
• Strong track record in sales and delivery of multi-million-dollar transformation engagements.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI use cases in HR, workforce upskilling, digital HR platforms.
• Familiarity with change adoption methodologies and AI-driven workforce design.
• Experience working with global clients is highly desirable.
