iWAM Practice Delivery Head

Wipro is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Delivery Head with over 20 years of experience preferably in the field of Asset and Field services management. This leadership role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of practice management, and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities͏

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for practice delivery to align with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of service delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and manage performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and resolution.
  • Develop and manage the practice delivery budget, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve financial performance.
  • Identify potential risks within practice delivery and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications͏

  • 20+ years of experience in practice delivery or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Maximo or FSM is a good to have skill
