Job Title: Senior Consultant - Cloud Native Security (Container/Prisma Cloud Expert)

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Consultant with over 15 years of IT experience to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in container security and cloud-native protection. The candidate will guide large-scale enterprise clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing container security strategies using the Palo Alto Networks Prisma Cloud suite. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between high-level security architecture, DevOps workflows, and hands-on technical execution of runtime protection. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Prisma Cloud Architecture & Strategy

• Technical Ownership: Serve as the SME for the Palo Alto Prisma Cloud suite, including CSPM, CWPP, and Application Security.
• Deployment & Optimization: Architect and deploy Prisma Cloud across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Policy Management: Design and maintain compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, PCI-DSS) within Prisma Cloud to enforce security benchmarks. 

2. Container & Kubernetes Security (Deep Technical)

• Runtime Protection: Implement and manage Prisma Cloud CWP for runtime protection of containers, serverless functions, and virtual machines.
• Kubernetes Security: Configure and manage Kubernetes admission controllers, network policies, and vulnerability management at scale.
• Image Security: Integrate Prisma Cloud into CI/CD pipelines to automatically scan container images for vulnerabilities, compliance issues, and secrets.
• Threat Detection: Analyze alerts generated by the container security platform and conduct investigations into potential container breakouts or malicious activity. 

3. Consulting & Leadership

• Advisory: Provide strategic security consulting to client leadership regarding cloud-native adoption risks.
• DevSecOps Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and DevOps teams to embed security into the development lifecycle ("shifting left").
• Risk Mitigation: Perform vulnerability assessments and develop remediation playbooks for containerized workloads. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years of total experience in IT infrastructure and security.
• Prisma Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto Prisma Cloud (Twistlock) in large production environments.
• Container Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), and Helm charts.
• Cloud Security: Strong understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP native security services (IAM, VPCs).
• IaC Knowledge: Proficiency in scanning Terraform or CloudFormation templates for security misconfigurations.
• Compliance: Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS in container environments.
• Certifications: Palo Alto Networks Certified Cloud Security Engineer (PCSCE) or similar cloud security certifications are highly preferred.
