Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-9 years of experience in DLP/DRM operations, preferably with Forcepoint and Seclore.
  • Strong understanding of data protection principles and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in policy creation, optimization, and incident management & familiarity with SIEM tools and integration workflows.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities: Forcepoint DLP – BAU Support:

Monitor and ensure uptime of all Forcepoint DLP components (management server, policy servers, endpoint agents).

Validate communication between Forcepoint components and endpoints.

Review system logs for errors or warnings and take corrective actions.

Ensure DLP policies are correctly applied and functioning as intended

Manage DLP agent installation, upgrades, and performance across endpoints

Forcepoint DLP / Seclore Classification – Policy & Platform Support

Create, configure, and deploy DLP and DRM policies

Incident Management

Investigate DLP/DRM incidents and eliminate false positives/negatives, Track incidents to closure within defined SLAs.

Document incidents for risk mitigation and compliance and generate detailed incident investigation reports.

Seclore DRM – BAU Activities

Administer DRM policies and ensure effective deployment, Manage user access and endpoint configuration

Support integration with other security platforms, Provide reporting and audit support.
Mandatory Skills: Data Loss Prevention - Vontu .
